Pakistani Rice Exports Record Strong Growth China

Pakistan’s rice exports recorded notable growth in the Chinese market during January–November 2025, reflecting rising demand and improved trade facilitation between the two countries. The performance highlights the strengthening position of Pakistani rice amid China’s expanding food import needs.

According to data released by the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), Pakistan’s rice exports reached $49.37 million, compared to $43.49 million in the same period last year, marking a 14 percent increase. The growth has been attributed to better processing standards, improved packaging, and compliance with Chinese import regulations.
