The Cambodian Rice Federation (CRF) reported that during the first six months of 2025, Cambodia exported 387,070 tonnes of milled rice, valued at approximately $283 million.

The CRF said that 50 exporters exported a total of 387,070 tonnes of milled rice to 63 destinations.

This included 182,885 tonnes valued at about $140 million to 26 European countries; 102,509 tonnes worth approximately $60 million to China and its autonomous regions; 52,890 tonnes valued at $37 million to seven ASEAN countries; and 48,785 tonnes worth $42 million to 32 other countries across Africa, the Middle East, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others.

The source added that the exported milled rice varieties consisted of 75% fragrant rice, 19.68% long-grain white rice, 2.49% parboiled rice, and 2.13% organic rice.

Cambodia also exported 3,176,561 tonnes of border-traded paddy rice, worth approximately $757.49 million. CRF
