Uzbekistan imports 6,500 tons of rice in seven months

AKIPRESS.COM – Uzbekistan imported 6,500 tons of rice worth $2.9 million from January to July 2025, according to the State Statistics Committee.

This volume was supplied from 13 different countries.

4,300 tons were imported from Kazakhstan, 1,100 tons from India, 582 tons from Kyrgyzstan, 186 tons from Pakistan, 66 tons from China, and 289 tons from other countries.
